    You can be sure that your request will always be handled well and as quickly as possible at Placed. We not only have plenty of (real) colleagues, but will also utilise digital solutions where they make your life and ours easier.

  • What services does the tenant app offer?

    Contact us easily and quickly, find all documents related to your apartment in digital form and report any damage. You will also find your Wi-Fi login details in the app. The best thing about the app: We will also be gradually adding many more digital services that make your day-to-day living at Placed even better.

  • Why do I need the tenant app?

    Simply because it makes living in your new flat easier, such as when you wish to contact the property management team, digitally access documents such as your rental agreement or report damage. You will also log into the Wi-Fi via the app and can look forward to many more digital services in the future, depending on your location.
